2. Overview of the ANA fleet and network
ANA operates nearly 950 daily flights on 173 routes to 80 cities with their fleet of 234 aircraft, which range from Dash-8s to 767s to the latest 787 Dreamliner. In FY2011 they transported almost 43 million passengers and over one million metric tons of cargo, making them the fourth-largest member of the Star Alliance by passengers and the ninth-largest airline in the world by revenue.
Below is a list of scheduled international routes by region and aircraft type. For more information on domestic routes, please consult the domestic timetable (https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/local/dom/airinfo/). Three-letter designations in parentheses are the codes ANA uses in their online reservation system.
Note that not all cancellations and changes due to the 787 grounding are reflected in this list. Please see this thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/all-nippon-airways-mileage-club/1428215-787-cancellations-delays-changes-due-787-grounding-master-thread.html) for details.

5. ANA Mileage Club
ANA's recently announced changes (https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/us/e/asw_common/amc/promo/new_premium/index.html) to qualification and accrual will begin taking effect in stages from 01JAN13.[/b]
There are four tiers within the Mileage Club program: Member, Bronze (BRZ), Platinum (PLT), and Diamond (DIA). (Super Flyers [SFC] is considered a subset of Platinum for most purposes.)
PREMIUM POINT / BONUS MILEAGE ACCRUAL
ANA International Flights (http://www.ana.co.jp/wws/us/e/asw_common/amc/reference/tameru/travel/flight/int/)
ANA Domestic Flights (http://www.ana.co.jp/wws/us/e/asw_common/amc/reference/tameru/travel/flight/dom/)
Star Alliance / Partner Airlines (http://www.ana.co.jp/wws/us/e/asw_common/amc/reference/tameru/flightmile_tk.html)
Elite status is determined by how many Premium Points (https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/asw_common/amc/reference/elite/pltnm_point.html) (PP) are accumulated between January 1 and December 31 each year; elite status is recognized between April 1 and March 31 of the following year. The month after a particular level is achieved, ANA offers most of the benefits (excluding upgrade points and DIA gifts) for the remainder of the elite year as "Advance Service".
Accrual of PPs is determined by the following formula:
(Basic segment mileage) x (Class/fare ratio) x (Route ratio) + (Boarding points)
Booking class ratios for ANA group flights from Japan are as follows:
First (F/A): 150%
Business (J): 125% (150% from 01APR13)
Business (C/D/Z): 125%
Business (P): 125% (70% from 01APR13)
Economy (Y): 100%
Economy (E): 100%
Economy (B/M): 70% (100% from 01APR13)
Economy (U/H/Q): 70%
Economy (V/W/S): 70% (50% from 01APR13)
Economy (T): 50%
Economy (L/K): 50% (30% from 01APR13)
Route ratios are as follows:
Japan domestic flights: 200%
Asia flights: 150%
Other international flights: 100%
All Star Alliance partner flights: 100%
In addition to Premium Points, elite members also accumulate bonus miles on certain flights. These, however, do not count towards the necessary PP total for elite status. Bonus mile accrual varies by elite status.
REQUIREMENTS

OTHER INFORMATION
ANA Card Family Miles (https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/local/amc/reference/anacard/familymile.html) program (for residents of Japan) and the ANA Family Account Service (AFA) (http://www.ana.co.jp/wws/us/e/wws_common/amc/fa/member.html) (for non-residents) allows pooling of miles for AMC members within the same family.
Some AMC cards come with Edy (http://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/local/amc/reference/edy/index.html) functionality, an e-money system widely used in Japan. For every 200 JPY spent members can accrue one mile; 10,000 miles can be redeemed for 10,000 JPY in Edy value.
For Japan-resident members, ANA allows 12,000 miles to be converted into 15,000 Sky Coins (https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/local/amc/reference/tukau/ecoupon/) that can be used in place of cash (1 Sky Coin = 1 JPY) when purchasing domestic/international tickets, ANA tour packages, and other ANA travel products. 8. Frequently asked questions
Q: What lounges can I use?
A: Please refer to the specific airport you are departing from here (https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/asw_common/inflight/guide/lounge/). When departing Japan, first class passengers can use the two ANA Suite Lounges and the United International First Class Lounge (Narita) or the ANA Suite Lounge (Haneda), while business class and Star Alliance Gold passengers can use the two ANA Lounges or the United Club (Narita) or the ANA Lounge (Haneda). Passengers in premium economy, those eligible for the Economy Class Pleasant-Trip Service, or those using lounge certificates are eligible to use any of the ANA Lounges. ANA first/business class passengers and Diamond/Platinum/SFC passengers arriving at Narita or Haneda on ANA-operated international flights can use the ANA Arrival Lounges.
Q: Does ANA provide sleepwear (pajamas), and if so, can I take them home?
A: Yes, sleepwear is provided for first and business class passengers on Europe/USA routes, and may be taken home. At the end of the flight the purser/CA may even provide an extra, unused set for you to take home. ANA also provides a woolen sweater in first and business classes (selected long-haul/Asian routes) to wear if you are cold, but this is only for use during the flight and is washed and reused. (Note that some FTers have reported that ANA has only a limited number of sleepwear sets are available in business class and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)
Q: Is there an amenity kit?
A: Only in first class. In other classes, amenity goods are available in baskets on board for passengers to take as necessary.
Q: Are pre-departure beverages served?
A: Yes, in both first and business classes on international flights. Depending on the time of day a selection of juice, water, and champagne is offered.
Q: When can/can't I use electronics?
A: You may use any electronics while the plane is on the ground and the door is open. Electronics that do not emit radio waves are permitted during flight after takeoff and before the final approach, but all electronics not to be used during taxi, takeoff, and landing under Japanese aviation law. Digital cameras are included, so you may be asked to put away your camera by a CA if you are taking pictures during taxi, takeoff, or landing.
Q: Does ANA offer discounted paid upgrades? Will ANA involuntarily upgrade ("op-up") me?
A: ANA does not offer discounted paid upgrades to any class of service, but you can typically upgrade yourself by paying the fare difference at check-in. On routes where PY is available, ANA elite members (and occasionally non-ANA Star Alliance Gold members) are upgraded to PY on a space-available basis.
Q: What are "shareholder discount coupons (株主優待券)" and how can I use them?
A: Twice a year, ANA offers discount coupons to its shareholders that provide a 50% discount off regular domestic economy and Premium Class fares. The appropriate shareholder discount fares must be booked and a valid discount coupon must be provided at check-in. The coupons themselves are often resold on auction sites and at ticket shops throughout Japan, but this practice is not officially endorsed by ANA.
Q: How do I reserve a seat in the first class cabin when it is sold as business class on some intra-Asia/China routes?
A: If you hold a full-fare business class ticket (booking class "C"), you may select seats online in the first class cabin after purchase. Otherwise, only certain ANA elite members (typically Diamond, but sometimes Platinum) may be allowed to select these seats at check-in.
Q: How much will taxes and fees be on my award redemption made though AMC?
A: ANA charges all taxes and fees (including fuel surcharges) as would be applicable for a paid ticket with the same itinerary. You can recreate your booking using ITA Matrix (http://matrix.itasoftware.com), which will give you a breakdown of all taxes and fees required. (Please note that some airlines, such as US, SQ, and OZ, charge fees that are not shown in the breakdown on ITA, so please check the fare rules to be sure.)
