if you qualify for AAA, senior discount/ or military all offer a better rate. If you are flexible you could save 30/nt by delaying your trip 2 weeks.

Not sure if they have availability rates from $140 to $350 night but some time they have discounts for $99 a night. look it up keylargocottages.com
PS cottages comes with free Kayaks, fishing/ snorkel gear 22' sailboats, bikes and some time sunset sail.
