Southwest Rapid Rewards - Free Adult Beverages

I am flying on Fathers Day and I remember seeing something about free drinks for Dads on that day. Do they just give them out to men traveling with kids or go ahead and treat all the men(of age, of course)? Just curious.

You might have to ask around. I had to use a coupon last year on SWA's anniversary but I didn't raise a stink as this was during the "use 'em or lose 'em" period for the old drink tickets and I had a stack of them to burn.

The free days are listed in beverage menu. Just show the FA that if they balk.

I flew to LAS on their birthday a couple years ago. Same plane dtw/mdw/alb/LAS. Was nice that I had 1 drink comped on each leg, combined with my free drink coupons (RR 1 days), made that long flight a lot more tolerable (was also nice being able to snag the exit aisle after landing a MDW since there were only a couple throughs).

I flew Southwest on Saint Patrick's Day last year. The flight attendant was not aware of the free drink, but when I showed her the drink menu, she happily gave me and my friends free drinks. This was a two leg trip, and I was happy about getting the free drink on both legs.
