bmi diamond club - Amex plat guests

Been searching the threads and can't locate anything current on bmi lounge policy using Amex' plat card.... I know the cardholder gets in on a bmi ticket but what's the current limit on guests (0,1 or 2)... Has anyone used this card for lounge access recently (edi-lhr)?

It's zero guests unless they've improved it recently. I tried it on a flight MAN-LHR a couple of weeks ago and was let in without issue.

I thought I'd try it to see if it worked as I had my BA number in the booking and BAEC status is not (yet?) displayed on bmi boarding passes. Of course I could have got in with a BD or BA silver card but I just wanted to see if this still worked.

Also bmi will presumably get paid by Amex for this privilege and with the rising annual fees I should make the most of the benefits of the card.
