Korean Air Skypass - Using Delta Skymiles for KE and Blackout dates

Hi, I am looking to book a KE flight from JFK to ICN using skymiles. But does anyone know if I try this, the blackout dates that KE publishes are what Delta uses when determining if they use the low/med/high for the mileage requirements? I called Delta and they gave me different blackout dates as compared to what is on KE's website. i.e. they told me all of december is blacked out but KE doesn't show that.

To use DL miles for an award ticket on KE, space must be available at the lowest mileage level.

Unfortunately, DL blacks out any KE award seat on any date that KE lists as being blacked out for some route in some direction. So the DL blackout dates for KE awards are the union of KE's wn blackout dates.
