Mileage Run Discussion - need MR out of NYC in June

flexible on dates in June/July/early August prefer weekends

prefer no overnight stay but will consider 1 night if a worthy fare $.

prefer west coast since I can red eye back east but will consider other midwest cities if many connections make it worth while.

how many mqm do you need in june?

DL is running a "special" on business elite fares to London if you book by June 15. The ad showed fares as low as $2500. In BE, that would give you about 13k MQM or so. And you'll be in London.

No specific # of mqms needed in June. Really I need about 15k mqms to hit platinum by december. I just want to get a jump start on getting an MR or 2 in before it gets too late in the year. Fall/winter is very busy for me professionally.

Also I'm open to MR's anytime really but prefer before September.

Will not consider BE to London for a MR. Thats about $0.20 cpm. Not very good
Though I am going in November I'll book economy for sure.

I'm in the same boat. I need 8k more for plat on DL before my IST trip in october which would make my $99 EC seats free. I also have a +75% mileage promo expiring June 30. I wish I booked DUS or BER before they disappeared. I was actually going to pull the trigger on BER before it was switched back to TXL and by the time it was bookable again the deals were gone. :(
