American Express Membership Rewards - Charge card payment at an international travel service office?

Hi,

Are Amex Travel Services Offices able to accept payments of account balance internationally using Amex Travelers Checks? I have received a significant amount of travelers checks in USD but won't be in the US for a few months. I was wondering if there would be a way for me to apply them toward a US-issued Amex Credit Card balance from abroad.
