Southwest Rapid Rewards - 50K Chase Points Did NOT count as tier-qualifying??

Hello - first post, new to the forum...

Take SWA ~1x/month for business mostly.

Applied in April and received in may the 50K promotion Chase personal card.

Points posted tonight, but tier didnt change and they dont show in that balance.

Has that opportunity ended? is there anything that can be done to try to get SWA to count them? Or is it just a lag?

Those points would post for Companion Pass, but not for Tier Qualification.

If you click on My Account and then the My Rapid Rewards tab, you should see them reflected in your Companion Pass qualifying points percentage.

They would not be TIER pts.............TIER pts can only be picked up by flying, these would be CPQ points only.........

Not true - the Premier ($99 annual fee) versions of the Chase CC earn a bonus of 1,500 TQPs for every $10,000 spent (up to a max of 15,000 TQPs per card annually).

thank you all! I did see I got the CP credit just not TQP - I sort fo thought of CP as above the tiers so thought it was serial not parallel! Thanks all!
