KLM Flying Dutchman - KLM serviceView Full Version : KLM service aeroFlyer Jun 4, 12, 3:35 pm Just flew KLM on JFK-AMS-DXB leg. I am quite shocked at the level of service they provide or don't. The crew appears to congregate together and laugh and chat loudly in the galley. I even saw some crew "throw" things back and forth to pass. To add icing to the cake, the Captain would come back and join. I agree - I notice that on the way back from a 1 or 2-night stopover, the crew can be more cheerful and chatty with eachother because they apparently had a nice time together :) |
