My wife and I are flying (separately) on DL award tickets to CDG. She is flying from JFK on a 772 (August 6), I am flying from IAD on an A380 (August 22).
Seat Plus is available on both, which seems to just be the front row of a section with no row in front - lots of legroom. The price is $65 and seems worth it.
I know that PV is a whole separate booking class, and apparently not bookable on DL award tickets. Are PV upgrades ever sold at the gate? If so, about how much do they cost? If they were, would they credit the cost of the Seat Plus upgrade?
