I have waited patiently for the Rapid Rewards points from my Chase Rapid Rewards Credit Card that cycled on 5/26 to post to my Rapid Rewards account. The transfer of points from Chase to Southwest have been very reliable for the last eight years that I have used the card. I finally called Chase today to inquire about my missing points from the last statement. I was informed that Southwest has not posted the reward points for accounts that cycled on May 25 and May 26. The agent assured me that the underlying system issue has been resolved. I laughed--if it's been resolved, then why haven't the points posted after one week? The Chase agent assured me that the points would be posted by June 25.
