With a reputation of a World-class alliance, it would be more fitting (and to convey a generous/positive image), *A better offer would be 150K as opposed to a meagrely 15K:td:. A more generous offer would also make it attractive - almost like a mileage run, which typically attracts large number of participants!

I agree-- this promotion seems really stingy. Almost not worth the effort to register, and certainly not worth the effort to really go for it. Now, 150K, as you said, that's something. Or even if they had one grand prize of 150K, or 1.5M, and the rest smaller vs. 15 x 15K that would be better. Oh, *A...

Geeze...at that level, why bother??? At least it is automatic and you dont need to register for it

As discussed in the original thread about this promo, it's an Alliance-wide promo. 15K on most of the other airlines that don't sell miles, have large credit card sign up bonuses, etc. is difficult to acheive on many other carriers.
