Star Alliance - *A RTW Ticket, no Intra-India flight options

I’m trying to construct a RTW ticket with flying into BLR then going to DEL and then trying to leave out of DEL. But in the *A book and fly tool doesn’t give me any flight options for going to BLR to DEL. That probably is because there aren’t any Indian carriers in *A that I see. On a RTW it can’t be open jaw right? Is my only choice a separate ticket on a local Indian carrier for a RT to DEL and then back to BLR, and then fly on from BLR?

Open jaws are allowed. Its called ground segment. Downside: blr-del will count towards your maximum mileage

Any idea how I would do that on the *A web RTW tool? Or is this a pick up the phone and call type of thing?

When you're creating your itinerary? Or when you're selecting your flights? You click on the little 'car' icon, representing ground transport? Instead of the little 'airplane' icon, which represents a flight?
