Air New Zealand Air Points - Level of food service on LAX-RAR-LAX in business class?

LAX-RAR and RAR-LAX both depart at 11:15 pm and arrives in the morning.
What type of dining service do they offer in C Class? Full dinner service ( maybe all dishes served at the same time rather than one at a time?) plus breakfast, or a smaller dinner "snack" type meal because of the late departure?

I can only speak for RAR-LAX. The service format and menu was similar to all long-haul Business Premier flights... multi-course dinner after take off, breakfast about 2 hours prior to arrival.
