As I can see, TG does not have their own lounge at LHR, but uses SAS business lounge. But with a Star Gold card and TG First ticket, are there other lounges that are better I can use? Will I have access to SQ F lounge?

Thanks for help/ advices!

The SAS lounge is nothing special and I suggest you will prefer the SQ lounge. Travelling in F on a *A carrier, you'll have access to the SQ F lounge.

Agree with the above. SQ F lounge is available if you have a TG F boarding card. (*G does not make a difference). The only difference is that the SAS lounge staff will arrange a buggy to the gate at request, SQ wont. But the service and food is better at SQ.

SQ F lounge at LHR is OK - not great though for a premium destination. Nothing exciting - needs a good refurbishment, although they do serve champagne (Moet IIRC)

Plus you might me examined, if you know *A lounge-access rules ('Oh, you fly with TG - they use SK Lounge - you know how to get there, right...') - if you politely tell them you are familiar with *A ruses - they will let you in...

I'm not sure what a frase is, but if you wanted to, you could simply say, 'I'd prefer to use this lounge as per Star alliance access rules, thanks'

The reason I ask is that I know that a TG F ticket does not get you in to SQ F lounge in SIN or LH F lounge/term in FRA/MUC or LX F lounge in ZRH.

So how does this make sense with "Star A rules"?

Thank you! Just what I was looking for!
But can it really be that if I am flying LH F departing SIN, I would get access to SQ F lounge?

Yes. As per the policy, the only F lounges that restrict access are FRA, MUC, ZRH, GVA, VIE and BKK (spa lounge).

SQ has its The Private Room for its own f passenger which is separate from the F lounge

It also says that "pax on revenue tickets"
Would that mean that if you are on an award ticket, you can be denied access?

Award tickets are revenue tickets. Non-revenue is airline staff travel.

I believe SQ's TPR do allow award tickets now, they didn't a couple of years back though.

Agreed, I have been in the LHR SQ F lounge with a TG F boarding card for an award flight LHR-BKK so no need to worry or ask. Never had the need to quote the Star Alliance rules as well, they always let me in without question.
