The hotel is located within a mile of I-475, which is the loop around Toledo, OH. It is near Arrowhead business park, which means that it is a business area. Ten percent off various restaurants in the area ranging from Wendy's to some casual dining, although there are a few, upscale (for Toledo) restaurants within a mile, including Mancys blue water grille (www.mancys.com). ATM in the lobby, although most of the banks available around Ohio are located within a couple miles of the hotel. The hotel does also offer laundry and dry cleaning with returns around dinner time for drop offs in the morning.
I booked the double queen room, which also contained a desk, microwave, and refrigerator. The room was clean and well kept. Front desk was welcoming and Internet was faster than many of my normal Hamptons. The room decor was updated. I'm not sure that is true for the library area, although that is probably just not an appealing style to me. This room was booked to allow for an after dinner meeting in Toledo and an early flight out of DTW and certainly suited its purpose.
