Usually the increases are later in the year. I am at The World and happened to find out. Looks like maybe 6-7% on annual passes, which is what I was looking at. Perhaps a bit more on 10-day hoppers.

You have until midnight to order a voucher at the old price. I have never bought online, so I have no advice on that.

OUCH... it was quite painful buying 2 annual passes in Nov. They cost nearly $1100. It is going to be really painful should we ever decide to buy them again - which isn't likely at those prices.

We've made good use of them - 2 full weeks, plus we'll be on our 2nd long weekend soon.

Looks like Disney will be seeing less of us next year.

We buy Sea World and Universal sometimes because they are fairly reasonable, but have never gotten Disney passes for just that reason.

Here is a column from today's Orlando Sentinel (http://www.orlandosentinel.com/the-daily-disney/os-beth-kassab-disney-ticket-prices-060312-20120603,0,7241802.column) predicting $100 tix in about 3 years.

Actually, we enjoy the place as a resort without the parks, so before we had the annual passes, we would spend days doing other things on property. They aren't free either, but we don't spend much time in the parks anyway, so it is less likely we will pay for more than a couple of days at a time.

That article was interesting. Don't you get the resident discount, which still makes them expensive, but not quite as expensive?

We're eligible for the resident discount, but they are still pretty pricey. Typically, SeaWorld two year passes and Universal two park annual passes are less than 1.5 times the price of a single day admission, Disney is way more than that.

I never looked at the other APs, and the last I looked, the resident Disney AP was around $350, but that was at least 2-3 years ago. I was thinking of "moving" into my friends house :)

$574 + tax for the annual pass I normally buy? It's going to be a long, long, time before I buy another. As it is, until we purchased one last November, we hadn't had one for about 3 years, and Disney saw less of us, and on shorter trips, because of it.

The DVC discount on WDW APs is still bearable. Of course, the DLP AP with sponsorship is still the best value, especially for locals. :)

I still have a long unused WDW AP voucher purchased several years ago at the DVC rate before prices went up, but haven't used it. Frankly, WDW isn't as enjoyable to me anymore and I'll still make the trip every now and again to DLP, which I prefer anyways.

Universal raises ticket prices again, now matching Disney's $89.
