I will be coming in on NH J while my wife is on UA F and we are arriving about the same time. Can I bring her in as a guest?
No, I'm afraid not.
"Business Class customers arriving on ANA operated international flights on the day of arrival only. (No accompanying guest permitted) Customers arriving on other Star Alliance Member airlines' operated International flights are not eligible to use the lounge."

As NewbieRunner said, no -- but if you're departing NRT on an NH domestic flight, you can both use the lounge as a departure lounge (assuming one of you has Star Gold status).

I'm arriving into NRT tomorrow morning in TG F and can't believe there are no premium cabin arrivals facilities for other passengers besides ANA. I guess I'll figure something out ;)

Actually the LH Welcome Lounge in FRA can be used by UA pax arriving in F or C as well as GS members.
In NRT there are showers (http://www.narita-airport.jp/en/guide/service/list/svc_37.html) anyone can use for 1,500 yen after passport control and customs.
