Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - No more bassinet in 11DF on A380 in C?

We've had row 11DF on the upper deck last month on an A380 on SQ. For our upcoming reservation we wanted the same seats. The seat maps online still show this row with two bassinets, however the online seat selection doesn't have the bassinet symbol at that row.

This is the all C upper deck version. Has SQ removed the bassinets from this row or is it just not showing online? Spoken to two agents today and both sounded as if they have never done a seat request before  One told me 17F would be bassinet and the other said 96DF would be one. 17F doesn't even exist and 96DF I can't see as a bassinet row...I don't even think there is a wall in front of this row. What happened to SQ customer service lately? :td:

Can anyone help?

You can view the location of the bassinet seats on SingaporeAir.com

Yeah, that's the seat map I see when I log into my booking. According to this row 11D/F does not have a bassinet. But I know it did about 4 weeks ago.

However, when you look at the seatmap on the SQ website (http://www.singaporeair.com/pdf/seatmaps/airbus380-all-business-upperdeck.pdf) it shows row 11 upstairs with a bassinet.

I'm just wondering whether they want to discourage people from booking row 11D/F with babies but in fact there are the bassinet facitilies in the wall.

Agreed - there does appear to be a discrepency

96 would be a canonical candidate though, meeting all the needs for everyone on the plane.

And do you know which one is correct? I'd prefer row 11 because where the bassinet was there is more space for your legs underneath. I can't imagine that they took out the hooks for the bassinets in that row since last month. But I also don't want to end up booking it only to find out later that they have indeed changed the aircrafts and the online seatmap is wrong.

Row 11 bassinet is gone because Suite passengers downstairs were complaining of crying babies :)
