I stayed here few nights for work. I stayed a night recently for promotion. I think this is the worst of US Radisson hotels. The exterior of the hotel is quite depressing so your expectation becomes very low when you see the hotel. I experienced several problems in a stay.
- house keeping staff was knocking entire floor from 8:20am on Friday. She found a room around 9:20am and started to vacuum the room.
- We experienced bedbug or insect bites after the stay. I fill out the survey form online and send a separate email to hotel front manager. I have never heard back from him/her more than a week.
Anyway, it is a cheap stay if you decided to try this location.

Thats a very old property. My last stay there was over 20 years ago. Its in a bad location and you're right the exterior looks very bad.

I agree with the above comments. I stayed at this property in December.
The staff was great, although in the morning it took about two/three minutes for them to acknowledged my presence (they were talking in the office which is connected to the front desk). The lobby was nice, but the hallways can use some touch-up. I did not use the gym or pool. As mentioned previously, the exterior is depressing and the location is not the safest.
The adjustments for the bed in my room did work and the bathroom was decent with strong, hot water in the morning. The carpet in the room was really worn and had several stains. I did kill some sort of bug (small, ugly thing). Overall, the room looked old and worn.
Breakfast was included in my rate. I was one of three people in the restaurant for the entire 25 minutes I was there. I chose to have the buffet, which consisted of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, bacon, potatoes with onions and peppers, cereal, yogurt, muffins, danishes, and breads. Only one glass of orange juice was allowed, so I got milk intended for the cereal after I finished my orange juice (I have never been a big coffee drinker). Decent selection, but the hot food seemed to have been out for a while.
Overall, there are better properties in the area. But for a decent promotion at a decent price, I will visit this hotel again. ;)

I fill out the post survey and sent an email to front manager about bedbugs. I was expecting an apologetic email. None for two weeks. Then GM responded to my tripadvisor review that they seriously care bedbug claims. Well...that's it. No response.

Stayed for promotion last night. Didn't feel unsafe but certainly not the best neighborhood. Property is old but staff friendly. Didn't have housekeeping or bug issues. Booked a package rate for $112 inclusive of taxes that included a $25 visa gift card and free breakfast for 2. We were also allowed early checkin and with no status "upgraded" to a business room on the 8th floor. This room didn't have the adjustable beds others have noted but it was fine. Couch fridge and microwave provided.
Pool area is old but apparently is host to weeknight reception. We weren't there to try it out. Overall wouldn't stay again except for a great deal but it was ok for 50k bonus pts

I stayed here in March 2012 using points from the 2011 Big Night promo. The location is extremely odd, it's called an airport hotel but really wasn't that close to the airport. It was kind of hard to get in and out of and was also a bit of a hike from downtown for doing tourist activities.
I also found it kind of shoddy and run-down. No breakfast was included on the points stay, so I can't comment on that. We did have some very noisy people across from our room one night and when we called the front desk, they did send security up, so that was good.
The pool area looked very 80's, I remember saying to my husband that the Golden Girls wanted their pool back. The water temp was good though in the pool and hot tub. It was actually quite busy both nights we went down there, luckily it was a big area.
I would say the room was just so-so, nothing great, but no major complaints. We did have a mini-fridge, I've been in some Radisson properties that don't have that, which is annoying. The bathroom was a bit depressing and the shower had some icky looking mold or rust stains.
I doubt I would stay here again, mainly because the location was so odd and out of the way from everything.

I filed a formal complaint because of bedbug. I was able to get courtesy points. I hear many guests were able to refund the amount on the spot if they ask. You can ask a refund to FD if you encounter bedbug since they absolutely know the problem.

I am staying at this hotel right now. This is my second stay here, first one having been in December 2011. Both stays are only to qualify for the Big Night Giveaway promo, since this is the only Radisson anywhere close to where I live.
I agree with the above comments: not a great location, depressing exterior. Today, as we pulled up, my 5-yr old announced that the hotel looked "boring". Rooms have that really old, run-down place feel. The carpeting is very worn down. Entering the room is a little difficult because the door sticks. The bathroom door sticks as well, and the laminate on the room side of it is coming off (I recall a similar problem from the previous stay). The A/C control is barely hanging onto the wall and isn't working very well.
The room is appointed with standard amenities: TV, fridge, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, phone, desk. Free wi-fi throughout.
The front desk staff was not very friendly. At check-in, there were two of them working, but still only apparently able to help one guest at the time. After standing there for a few min and giving the one who appeared to be the supervisor the look implying that we needed to be helped, she said "just a minute" and went to floating back and forth and finally checking us in a few minutes later. My rate includes breakfast, but she did not mention anything about that (I need to remember to inquire about that in the morning from a more helpful person) nor were other features pointed out as usual (breakfast hours, location of the restaurant, etc).
Overall, pretty disappointed with this hotel (again) and I will only stay here if I need a night to qualify for a promo, and that only due to the proximity to home (a little over an hour's drive; next closest Radisson is a 4-hr drive). At least the rate was pretty cheap (about $62).

Just finished staying here a week for business, not a good experience. From the time of check in when I asked the front desk about our prepaid room rates and was told no such thing existed to the following issues it was a rough stay.
-Bed bugs, bad. I didn't notice at first but mid way through the week I started developing bites everywhere. When I mentioned to the front desk I was told that the hotel is full and there's nothing they can do. I asked for fresh sheets at least and never got them.
-Central AC seems to have died long ago and now there are window units, work ok but real noisy.
-Had the room above the AC units for the public areas of the hotel and when asked to move because of the noise they claimed I'd been upgraded to that room and couldn't move me.
-Internet was the worst I've seen in a hotel, the service would keep dropping out and not exist at other times. Was told that it's normal.
-When I checked in there were dirty (brown and black dirty) towels in the bathroom, I saw a housekeeper and mentioned it and she said that they probably just forgot them.
-The hotel was full with some reunion of drunk something or another and the hotel didn't have enough parking to hold us all...we had to park in the lot next door when getting back in the evening
- For the second Radisson in a row, the sleep number bed was broken and this one had one side full and the next empty like a hole in the bed. Good thing I had a second bed in the room it also didn't work but at least was semi normal.
- When checking out I was charged for both our rooms even though they were "pre-paid" again front desk person said that was normal and that I should check my credit card when I get home to make sure we weren't charged twice.
On the plus side for the price the breakfast wasn't bad though I steered clear of the buffet.
So far haven't had a good experience in moving my stays to Radissons but we'll see in the future.
