Qantas Frequent Flyer - How long before can I check in at Wellington?

I am flying from Wellington - Melbourne on a flight at about 3:10pm and I'm flying into the airport at 9:30am. How many hours before hand can I check in?

You would be looking at around 1:10

Note exit immigration will not open until 1:30 at the earliest.

Also there will be no Lounge Access till immigration opens, if you where counting on that.
