Won't take too long to build either...should be ready in 2 1/2 years.

Great! That will be freeing up the space due to leak overcrowding at entire T4.
Maybe LY, EK, EI, VS, SA, QR, SQ, TK and other airlines will relocated to entire T5i.

I think that you may only see EI move over, MAYBE LH, and that is even a remote possibility. We do run a lot of international flights in and out of JFK and I'm not sure how many of the T5i gates will be capable of fitting widebody aircraft without taking up gate space from other gates.

No way LH moves. They've got a great lounge product set up in T1 and I cannot see them abandoning that for T5.
I doubt any of the partners will move over, at least initially.

Despite the blurb that it will be capable of handling a widebody arrival, there's not a chance that any other airline relocates to T5i. The entire expansion - gates, concourse and FIS area - is just 145,000 square feet on three levels, just large enough for the B6 A320 arrivals.

Oh, I forgot something. I think EK, VS, MS, VX, JM, CM, AB, TA, AV, LX, QF will relocated to entire T5i, too. I think Skyteam Alliance will ever stay at entire T1 & T4 included is AF, AM, OK, SU, SV, ME, MU, CI, AZ, KE, AR. DL will takeover whole entire T4.

No, they won't. There will not be sufficient space. There will not be sufficient amenities. And there is absolutely no reason any of them would want to move to T5i from where they are now.

If any airlines move to different terminals, I suspect that it will be to T-7 once T-8 is finally built to its original size and BA and other Oneworld partners move there so they can co-locate with AA (sharing premium lounges, enabling easier connetions, etc). That will free up space in T-7 which could be occupied by perhaps some of the airlines mentioned by N830MH.

They are adding a LOT of square footage but allegedly just adding 3 gates and converting 3 other gates to domestic AND international usage.
So its misleading. JetBlue now shares space with T4 and all those T4 flights will finally be at T5i.
JetBlue also has orders of A321 aircraft which are just slightly larger than the existing A320 fleet and its unclear if those will go to their international routes or stay with domestic or used on a combination of routes.
I am assuming the additional square footage will be used for Customs facilities, security checkpoints, and for additional concession space for the additional traffic at the gates.
When I saw the news, some thought that they would be doing increased international flights (which they can't do to slot restrictions) and others including myself thought that possibly they would move some alliance partners in. But with only 3 additional gates and 3 other gates converted for domestic and international, it will just be enough for their existing destinations.
T5i puts their international flights under one roof. Thats really what it does. No added domestic gates from this. Just 3 additional international gates AND 3 converted gates from domestic to both international and domestic.
JetBlue's pullout allows for more available terminals at T4 in addition to the expansion going on at T4.
