Sorry if this is a bit of a panic post, but I have just received a mail from DC saying that as of midnight tonight DC will move over to BA and I have a couple of questions:
1) Do I have to migrate my DC points over to BA, if I don't will I loose them from Midnight?
2) My BA membership is due to expire at the end of june to inactivity (travel bans at work :td:) If I transfer my DC points over will they be affected by this? i.e: will I loose both BA and DC points if I move them over?
Thanks for any help!

Don't panic! The only thing that finishes today is the ability to earn and redeem on Star Alliance carriers.
No, your points don't disappear. DC still exists, and will continue to do so after midnight.
You can't migrate points to BA yet, but a tool is coming (early July, apparently) which will allow us to move BD miles to Avios.
Your BA membership won't "end" - you'll still have an Executive Club account. I assume you mean you have a current level of status which will drop (i.e Gold to Silver, Silver to Bronze etc). This makes no difference to Avios - when your BA tier changes, the Avios you have do not vanish or change in anyway.

As long as your BAEC account has had some mile activity in the last three years then you won't lose your miles.
After 3 years of inactivity you lose them.

Thanks Colmc / Hiddy.... I was just about to reach for my diary and phone my boss for some emergency leave, before I went about working out where I could go!
Panic over... Now where's that Gin! ;)

I'm assuming that by 2) you just mean that your year is coming to an end, in which case, your Avios should be fine. However, if you've not earned any miles in the past 36 months, they may indeed expire, so you should try to credit something to there - even if it's just buying £15 worth of miles through the BA web site.
I'm also guessing that you don't have BD status due to your lack of travel, but if you do have Silver or Gold membership, you can get it matched to BA Silver or Gold for the rest of your current BA membership year, plus 12 months (in theory; you may only get 12 months overall). As such, if you wait until after the end of June, you may get 2 years of BA status this way.
