I'm PC Plat 130 stays a year or so, needed to get copies of bills. Used to be able to get them on PC website. Ended up having to call individual hotels, since I got routed to a call center somewhere in the vicinity of India and there were......language issues. also had issues with the hotels and bad phone connections. So after I had to take several hours of my day to even get someone to email me PDF copies (apparently this is a very difficult process for hotels to email a PDF), I got annoyed enough to call the customer service line in Utah. The response there was sorry, you need to call the hotels directly, now run along so I can get back to playing on Facebook (last part is just me being snarky). I then pm'ed the PC lurker from here and got the same response as well as being told that it is because HI/HIEX are franchised. Newsflash for PC, Hamptons are mostly franchised and I can download PDF copies of bills through the Hhonors website. Is is really too much to ask for someone at PC to actually try to be helpful as well as giving us easy access to copies of folios?.
