bmi diamond club - Looks like SQ & UA have pulled availability.

Managed to get through about 2 hours ago. Wanted to change one SQ flight, ANA shows availability (simple SIN-KUL)... agent could see the seats, but they weren't able to book the changed flight.

Booked a one-way UA F award... no problem.

Booked a one-way UA Y award to SA.. no problem. Tried to book the return, he could see the UA seats but not able to book them.

Tried to book another UA Y award to SA.... could see seats but not book them.

So between the time the first UA Y OW was booked, UA pulled availability!

Grrrr.

Sounds more like married segment problems again... especially with SQ at least. If you already have an existing booking, ie xxx-SIN-KUL, agent cannot book a new flight without first cancelling the existing one.

Sounds like it. my ticket is NRT-SIN-KUL, trying to change the SIN to a proper stopover. Though the sudden disappearance of UA is kind of suspect... I can't remember the exact terminology but I thought he said the flights are there but "offline" to bookings.

I did 2 UA bookings no problem, then everything else UA he looked at.... was in an unbookable state.
