Hello,
I've been trying to change travel document details on this link http://www.flybmi.com/RYB but each time I fill out the form and update the details it says "Website Unavailable" (I have been trying this over the last week). Does this option ever work or is it only possible by phone?
Will it be possible to change by phone after today? Normally I can change/add this information on the carrier's website, but for US airways this does not seem to be available (I assume at checkin it will be though?).
I'm not entirely sure the passport details entered at booking are incorrect, since the link says enter document number, but the passport "number" contains letters also, so it might be getting confused!
