Le Club Accorhotels - Mercure Seoul Ambassador Gangnam Sodowe

Hi everyone,

We might change this topic into a unique thread since I did not find anything regarding this hotel on this forum.

From the website, it looks like it's a new property, since the pictures are still digital images and not actual photos. No reviews on Tripadvisor either.

So my question is, does anyone know anything or better, stayed there before?

I have to be in the Gangnam area for 2 nights and usually pick the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam which is not too bad for a Novotel.

I just thought I might try this Mercure out. I am Platinum but it doesn't really matter for Novotel or Mercure.

Looks like you will be the first one to tell us how it is. You should know what to expect from a Mercure right? I've enjoyed my stay at Novotel Gangnam and would not hesitate to return. The Japanese restaurant is the highlight. Not to mention the outdoor jacuzzi, sipping beer in the cool spring weather.

I actually found quite some pics here.... it's... very simple and quite clean when it comes to ambiance or decoration.

I'm still ready to give it a try... I wanted the Pullman but it's not the right area for me this time.

Not to expect too much from a mid-scale hotel..and you'll be pleasantly surprised sometimes...or maybe not.

I wasn't expecting much from a Novotel, but was very pleasantly surprised by the Novotel Ambassodor Gangnam by its facilities.
