Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - 75K DigEplayer benefit question

When recently traveling on a miles award ticket with my family, there was some question onboard if each member of my family should receive a complimentary use of DigEplayer since they are traveling with me, a MVP Gold 75k member. I thought the benefits of my 75K status extended to them while traveling with me, i.e. free checked bags, priority seating. (I am aware that the benefits do not extend to them if I book an award ticket and do not travel with them.)
I am just curious if anyone knows what the rule is on extending the DigEplayer benefit to family members when they are traveling with a 75K member.
Thanks

The benefits are for you, the 75K Gold, only.

Actually, the DigE benefit was never extended to anyone other than the 75K themselves, same with the drink for the MVPG's and the 75K's. Our list didn't show the entire traveling party with the MVPG's, only the status holder. The exception was when someone was traveling on a mileage ticket using the MVPG's miles, but I think that has been changed.

Correct that is what I was trying to address. Not for regular paid flights but award miles/ticket from those with elite status.- didn't have a very good read of the first post :o
And that policy has been modified.
