Avis - Appreciation Contact ?

I would like to send out a couple of appreciation e-mails for the good customer service I received at AVIS for rentals in Germany and Denmark, does anyone have the right contact details? I want to send them to the someone who will take note of it, not just some e-mail ID where they are deleted because they are not complaints...
