Club Carlson add on: I stay at this hotel several times a year during winter season. I often use the 4 for 2 package. I usually get an upgrade to a family room (large living room, separate bedroom, but no coffee maker), especially when it is a bit off season. If you go there during holiday time, then forget about upgrades. There is also a welcome gift every time: fruits with a few chocolates and mineral water. Additional perks for Gold that I have used: late check out, sometimes you need to insist but I usually get it. Free admission to the swimming pool (the changed the policy several times, but I always got free access). Free garage parking (only since last year).
