Made a change to add an infant to my redemption bookings. Got new PNRs. Entrered into CMT all fine.

Checked again today and now CMT says that it can't retrive the booking - odd.

Log on to singaporeair.co.uk and enter the old ref number - booking is there but only in my wife's name - I can book seats etc. I ring SQ's London office they say that no infant is on the booking.

Ring ICC and they confirm that booking has been made and changed.
I check my cc statment money (for infant taxes) has been taken

HUACA and get the same answer all is in order sir booking has been made etc etc etc.

What do I do!? How do I get my child on the booking

Booking confirmed on BD booking? Then get all print outs and ticket numbers ready. Then call SQ and gt them to cross reference all info they have.

Did you just add the infant after your wife's booking was made. That might be the problem. DC should have cancelled and rebooked with wife and infant name together in a new booking. Harder to just add infant in an existing booking. Problems with Amadeus to do that!

Singaporeair site is useless.

Check on BA.com, and flyBMI.co.uk, also try classic check my trip, which is far better than the new one.

Do a google search of "amadeus asia", enter your PNR in there, Infant should have a ticket of their own.

Or get ticket numbers out of DC.

It's not the site problem cos OP called SQ and they said there's no infant on PNR. So it's the interface between Amadeus and SQ having problems? Amadeus has the booking. But info was not sent across to SQ.

I radically changed an existing booking a few days back. The new itinerary shows on CMT. One leg is to be flown on ANA - initially checked on ANA site and indicated that ticket must be 'purchased' by midnight last night. Today it shows that the reservation was cancelled.

My worry is that the 'modified' reservation I made has not been ticketed. The old eticket no. is still showing, but the ANA blip makes me worried that the whole reservation is dodgy and that the presence of the 236 number is not evidence that the new itinerary is ticketed.

I will plague the ICC to fix this tomorrow - but tomorrow could be a very busy day for them - and I can't help but be connerned that I'll be stranded in PEK next March!

24 hours later still no further down the line. Been promised a call back twice - guess what nothing received!

Got this sorted today. Efficiently fixed up by the exceptionally helpful Sally at PTS. Got the whole itinerary re-ticketed within minutes. So if anyone else has similar (potential) woes following a change to an award booking or such like, I'd urge you to check it out and if necessary call PTS by close of play tomorrow! Obviously those guys are well able to iron out glitches in an instant, but who knows whether this skill will be lost tomorrow....

I was just wondering, but it's already May 31st in SIN/BKK and if they pull it on the start of the day, not end, they may be totally right in refusing to let DC touch the tickets from now on.

BMI can do any ticket and reissues right up to 31st May 2359h UK time.
