Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - OZ vs. SQ in Regional C

I have to use UA miles for an award, and it's kind of steep for TPE-Southeast Asia (22,500) in Business Class.
My choices are SQ and Asiana. Have never flown OZ in C (only F once ICN-LAX, and it was amazing). Have flown SQ at least 15-20x in C and F.
The SQ segments would be a bit shorter, and I do like SQ a lot--but just wanting to know how OZ stacks up against SQ on regional C.
I wouldn't mind doing TPE-ICN-SIN/BKK/REP and checking out OZ business. If it's REP I realize it'd be a small A320, and SQ doesn't even fly there.
Any comparison would be great-- food, IFE, seat comfort, etc.
Thanks!

As always it depends. I will only comment on the ICN-SIN / SIN-ICN sector. As usual the aircraft makes the difference and what flights you have access to.
For SQ there is a flight that continues to the US (SQ15/16 IIRC) which is on 77W and has newest fully flat longhaul biz seat. The other SQ plane I have seen as A333 which would have the new regional C seat. OZ is usually an A330 and has angled flat seat installed. Hard product wise I would say:
1. SQ 77W
2. SQ A333
3. OZ A330
Service on both is pretty good. Food wise I would give OZ an edge in particular on flights from ICN (SQs food in C is not that great lately). IFE I would give SQ an edge as they have better programming & noise cancelling headsets (no OZ does not, not even in C on several SIN-ICN-SIN flights I took).
Hope that helps.

To add on, seats on OZ A330 is not that comfortable. But food wise OZ is much better. It really depends on what you want, but if I were you, I will choose SQ.

Agreed with both above. My comparison is SIN/FUK (FUK/SIN) SQ A330 & ICN/FUK OZ A330 - FUK/ICN is A321 and it is a totally waste of money if you would like to be in J even such a short haul. SQ wins hands down. One thing I would hesitate to agree with both experts is food. For me, OZ's food (in J) is not very much more impressive at all than SQ (personal thing, though).

Well to update, though I love flying business class, and considered the 9 hrs OZ routing TPE-ICN-SIN option, I ended up booking the much shorter timed direct TPE-SIN flight on SQ.
I will fly tomorrow and review it here. I did a BTC but none of the options really looked too great. Looks like a light load tomorrow so should be able to switch my entree if they have extras.
I couldn't find much info on the TPE Silver Kris lounge, will also review that as well. Thanks for your replies here!
SQ tan leather regional seats for sure are better. OZ regional is more like SQ's old space bed (angled recline)
