Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - MI inbound, SQ outbound - lounge/shower access?

I'm arriving SIN (MI) at 5am and leaving SIN (SQ) at 7pm both in Biz class. I was wondering if I would be allowed to access the lounge? I just need to use the shower facilites and maybe grab a little bite.

It's the reverse where people generally have an issue. you are fine in this situation. I would also recommend you to go out and visit the city if possible
