Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - Why only 100% miles for Turkish Airlines Comfort Class?

As far as I know, Aegean Airlines always gives you the miles you would normally earn on the A* carrier you take. Turkish Airlines gives its customers 125% for Comfort Class but Aegean only 100, why?
And two other stupid questions (Sorry if they were answered before):
1) Does flying Singapore Airlines/Turkish Airlines count as account activity, so do I NEVER have to fly Aegean to remain an active member?
2) Do miles (not tier miles) expire when you're a gold member?
Many thanks in advance!

You've been given wrong information. A* programmes in general hand out miles according to their own charts. It's roughly related to the class of travel or fare paid, but it comes more from their own calculations than the operating carrier's FFP.
It's not uncommon for airlines to be more generous with their own customers than those of other airlines, and it happens that some can be less rewarding. For example, UA domestic F earns you 300% with A3, but only 175% with UA Mileage Plus.
Turkish Airlines gives its customers 125% for Comfort Class but Aegean only 100, why?
It could be related to the amount A3 is compensated by TK for taking the cost of crediting miles, but it could be more arcane. In business Class, unless you're elite, you only get 150% with TK, but 200% with A3 when flying TK.
1) Does flying Singapore Airlines/Turkish Airlines count as account activity, so do I NEVER have to fly Aegean to remain an active member?
Yes, there are no requirement to fly A3 to keep the account and status active.
2) Do miles (not tier miles) expire when you're a gold member?
No. They'll only expire if the account is closed for lack of activity.

Most *A carriers do not offer separate enhanced coach cabins. NZ and TK do, but not UA, where Y+ is considered just special seats, not a different cabin or fare class. It might be interesting to see how A3 treats the equivalent fare on NZ, although ultimately A3 and the partner airline can decide arbitrarily how many miles to award for various tickets.

AFAIK, the booking code for NZ are the one clustered with Y and B in the A3 chart: so they're treated like full-fare Y (at 100%).

The same is true for a lot of other airlines with premium economy.
A quick look at the chart shows that premium on ANA, SAS, and Thai also pay "only" 100%. AFAIK, within Star Alliance, premium economy usually only gives more than 100% if you credit the miles to the airline's own FF-program.

On the same note C on TK only earns 1.5x mileage with A3 so why would CC get the same. Did I like it? No, but I checked the earnings tables of my different FFP programs and decided where to put my flights in accordance.
If flying premium eco I know LH M&M gives 1.5x for some of them like TG's U class (same as a full fare Y tix). Always check and then decide on the FFP. If A3 is your primary program then that is just what it is.

NZ Premium Econ Codes are usually A, E, U or O.
So they should be on the chart there for you.

They're, as expected: Y, B, A, E, U and O all earn 100%. Not wonderful, mind you, but expected.

Perhaps it is a remnant of the trojan wars?....

Not going into politics, old and new, but the Trojan wars were between the Greeks and the Trojans, not the Turks. And TK is Turkish Airlines and not Trojan Airlines ;)

Would Trojan Airlines be the mile high club? Do they supply "intimacy kits" in their amenity bags or in the lavatories?

Technically Troy was based in what is now modern day Turkey, but I get your point. Perhaps Trojan Airlines could have code shared with Hooters Air.......
