After reading a number of the CC threads, I have been made aware that after an 18 month period customers can reapply for the same card and gain 'new customer' status.
I had a gold AMEX and I currently have a Plat, which I plan to close in the next year..
My question is, can I reapply at a later date for these cards and earn the joining promo MR points?
