Hi

Im a Gold FB , and I bought my ticket from OSL-BKK via www.wideroe.no . And this morning I got a email from KLM that I can check in to my flights . But when I press the link to the check-in , and going all the process untill the last step is stop, I cant move on .

So I call KLM and got a answer that I can only check in online unless I have a KLM Ticket . And that I need to check in at the airport .

Isnt E-ticket all about making things easy ?

Im holding a ticket with KL FLights only that is not a 074- serial but 701- .

Is this correct that u need to hold a 074- ticket number ???

You don't have to buy the ticket directly through KLM.

Are the flights listed with KLM code or with another airline's code (codeshare)? I have no idea what 701 is. Have you tried with the booking code instead of e-ticket#? And were you able to add/see the flight in your FB profile?

I have no idea what 701 is.All airlines have a 3 digit numeric code issued to them by IATA. This numeric code is the first 3 digits of your (e-)ticket number. Thus, all tickets issued by KLM will start with 074; all tickets issued by Air france will start with 057; all tickets issued by American Airlines will start with 001; all ticket issued by bmi will start with 236, etc...

701 is the IATA numeric code for wideroe. Since the OP's ticket was issued by wideroe, the first three digits of her e-ticket will be 701.

To answer the OP query, it certainly is NOT the case that a ticket need to be issued on KL stock for OLCI to be available. From experience, one can OLCI on KLM flights with AF-issued tickets (057 stock) and I believe that the same is true of DL-issued tickets. Whether there is a specific issue with wideroe or more generally non-Skyteam-issued tickets, I do not know but I would be surprised if this were the case.

"will" but not for long :( :( :( I now already miss them on the NCE-LHR route, they were a notch above BA in both Y and C...

I've never had problems doing OLCI with tickets issued by either NW or DL on their own tickets stock, regardless of whether the flights had KLM flight numbers or were codeshares.

I have used OLCI for KL on CX stock, on LX stock and probably some other that i dont remember. Not Wideroe though...
