Etihad Airways Etihad Guest - Earn Mall, or Not

If you know which one I am talking about (earnmiles.etihadguest.com), has anyone used it successfully?
I have 4 transactions (Hertz and Thrifty) that have been pending for almost 3 months now.

Not sure if this is pure coincidence but this morning I checked my account and all miles have been credited!
