I am trying to book award for 25/26 june on the flight since 3 weeks ... it seems that this flight never has any availability for business class saver award.
Has anyone had any success for award booking on this flight?

Of course, some flights never have award availability on certain dates...

QR052 is almost always full year round and around June usually has a lot of overspill with PAX re-routed through JFK and other points so that is probably the reason why you couldn't find award tickets. I've had better luck with QR's flight ex-JFK.
