I did All You Can Jet promo with JetBlue back in 2010. My flightmemory notes have me flying Fokker 50 from JFK to MSY on 10/03/2010, flight 120. I am scratching my head if that's correct or not.

Definitely not a Fokker.
It was almost certainly an A320. There are DoT records which can be searched to confirm it with certainty, but it was almost certainly an A320.

That's what I thought as well, but want to confirm it.
Do you happen to have a link to DoT statistics website?

Under "Detailed Statistics" search by arrivals or departures (easiest to search the non-hub origin/destination for the carrier you are interested in).
There was a flight 119 JFK-MSY that day, flown on N520JB. That's an A320. There were two other flights JFKMSY, too, neither of which was flight 120 and both of which were A320s.
