All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - Award booking going through origin JNB-VFA-JNB-CPT

I'm trying to book an award online that goes from JNB-VFA, then VFA-JNB-CPT.


I get an error that basically says I can't go through JNB to go somewhere else since it is the trip origin. I can go JNB-VFA-JNB with no problem, but then i'll have to buy a one way econ from JNB-CPT.....

Does anyone know if they would book what I want over the phone. There is no other award routing without going back through JNB.

If the award isn't bookable online it's unlikely that you would be able to book it over the phone. It wouldn't hurt to call your local NH office and ask, though.
