San Francisco - SFO overnight layover hotel

I am laying over in SFO. 12:35AM until 9:30AM same day. Does anyone know of a cheap hotel for a 9 hour layover with airport shuttle after midnight?

Priceline is your friend.

I either use cash+points at the Sheraton Four Points, or whatever 2.5-3* airport hotel I can pick off via Priceline for $60 bid or less.

+1 Did this once a few months back. 30 USD plus 1600 points. If you don't have points just buy them and book the room. Good place for a 9 hour stay.

One of the closest with shuttle service (3 minutes) is the Hampton Inn on Gateway Blvd., South San Francisco.
