I suppose this is another incentive to do a couple mileage runs to LAX this summer. Obviously they don't count toward EQM's, but it's still a nice bonus. I can't remember if they offered this last summer.

Sounds like a strategy to encourage people to stick with AS's nonstop service to LAX instead of LGB on Jetblue...

This is a weak strike back

And yes AS had this promo last year for ANC-DEN/LAX...but it was announced months before the start of the service resumption.

I bet it's no coincidence whatsoever this was announced the same day the B6 resumes LGB-ANC.

works for me, I've used this promo before as I usually make 3 - 4 trips to LA during this timeframe. In fact in comes just in time as I'm headed down on AS 150 late tonight!

AS has been pretty friendly with the double mile promos as of late, not that I'm complaining...
