American Express Membership Rewards - US Amex vs Swedish Amex Plat??

Any difference in having a European PLAT AMEX and a USA one ?...I live in Sweden and I have a AMEX PLAT. Its seems that all these extra bonuses i.e companion pass .soooooo..any differences ?
