Star Alliance - Which *A airlines have true lie flat biz class?

I'm wondering which *A airlines have true lay flat seats in Biz class. (working on a RTW trip and don't want to get stuck in a seat that I can't sleep in. I've started this list but any input or additions will be appreciated
AC - YES
UA - YES (except some UA 777s)
LX - YES
TK - YES (777-300)
SQ - YES
SA - YES
NZ - YES
MS - ?? (777-300)
NH - ??
OZ - ??
ET - ??
LH - NO
LO - NO
TG - NO
OS - NO
Not sure in the others
US..yes on all their A330 aircraft. They are among the best "suite" style pods, in a 1-2-1 layout.
The UA 764s are being converted and will be done by EoY, as will the remaining 77s. The UA 762s are not being converted and are being retired from the fleet.
LH does on the new 748i.
SN does on the 330s.

Don't forget the UA getto bird 763 retrofit with lie-flat also. Not sure when it will start though.

OZ: Only on certain 772's. They always change the routes that will have the new C product but until 10/27 the routes that will have it are here:

Only on some 777-300ERs -- they're known as 77Ws.

The NZ seats are superficially similar to the AC ones... but (IMO) MUCH, MUCH better.
After recent experience I'd have to rank TK's seat right up there too....
