Hi All,
I've had some international flight rearrangements that have me departing from Melbourne and arriving back into Cairns. I already had a Melbourne-Cairns return trip booked on a separate ticket, but now as my international flights have me arriving into Cairns rather than Melbourne, I need to cancel the first part of my ticket booking (ie. the Melbourne-Cairns leg). I still need to keep the Cairns-Melbourne leg of the booking.
I can't see how to do this on the Qantas website. If I go into "change flights" it only lets me change the date or time. And if I go into "cancel", it wants me to cancel the entire trip, it won't just let me cancel the Melbourne-Cairns bit. Is there a way to do what I'm trying to do on the website? Or do I need to ring the call centre?
Thanks in advance!
