Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Excessive hold times tonight?

tried to get through to LH reservations, and gave up after 3 separate times of being on hold for 90 minutes. At least I used a speakerphone.

I don't recall ever having to be on hold that long with LH. Are there excessive delays/cancelations somewhere in the system??


EDIT: 2 hours on hold again, I give up for a 4th time.....
