View Full Version : Can checkmytrip.com be wrong??

Originally, I was supposed to be flying ICN - LHR (on OZ) and LHR-VIE (on BA/BMI)

OZ changed the flight time, which would leave me with only 50min at LHR to connect, so I requested the airline (OZ) to find me an alternative connection. They did (ICN-FRA on OZ, FRA-VIE on OS) and issued a new Eticket in exchange for the old one. They sent me the ticket, and everying looks OK there.

Now, the problem is when I check my trip on CMT.com, I see this flight as ICN-FRA on OZ and FRA-LHR on BA...:confused:
Is this some kind of a system glitch or should I be worried about it?

I would be worried. Are they sending you now ICN-FRA-LHR-VIE? Call them again to double check.
There have been reports here of some GDS portals not being in sync with reality so it might just be that. But better to check.

The flight is ICN-FRA-VIE as per the eticket. CMT shows ICN-FRA-LHR... :confused:
btw the OZ call operative told me two days ago (when I received the new eticket and checked CMT) to disregard CMT, and mentioned something about it being connected to Amadeus and OZ using a different system...

The system who you booked with has the most accurate information. If you booked with OZ rely on OZ. Amadeus only reflects segments on airlines that use Amadeus (LH).

I would look up the pnr number on the websites of OZ and OS to double check what the call center agent said.
