Is there complimentary upgrade for Ambassadors when the rooms are reserved through a travel agent or included in a package?

Also, what happens if the rooms of the next higher category are sold out? I just knew that Platinum members may be given rooms of the same price but better view from the terms and conditions, but nothing is mentioned in the paragraphs for Ambassadors.

Except BOGO stay, i think that there should be no differences where you made the booking
You should get upgrade, if the next category is sold out, hotel should upgrade you to best cat available or refund the differences between 2 cat.
