Fairly limited from my search here in cali. Only Hilton SFO in SFO.
And the rate seems to be higher than hilton BAR rate.

None at all in asia when i search.

Anyone got more datapoint as well?

One thing I've discovered is that the Gold Card Hotels website doesn't work at all in Chrome. I have to switch to IE to use it.
