Flew LHR - LIN this evening and for the first time Cabin Crew gave out small disposable headsets (like the ones given on US domestic flights for 1$ but these were given, free, to everyone)
Have taken this flight a few times over the past weeks (including last week) and this was the first time
The Entertainment was also new - bearly watchable but better than nothing
Anynoby else had the free headset experience? Will this "stay"?
(Obviously I was on a new 32S - personal screens etc.)

FCO-MLA and FCO-LHR, for months, but not consistently.

Uhm...
OTP-FCO last Friday. But some of the screens were really lousy, colors fading and the ""entertainment" was...well, not that good.

On a flight last year with the screens I watched a show called "street food" (Osaka edition) and that was worthwile. I didn't have earphones but it was subtitled. Otherwise there are the music channels with flight map.
My main complaint would be that only the A320's and some A319's have the screens activated, none of the A321's or short haul fleet do.
I've flown 4 legs with AZ during the weekend. The only one with personal screens and headphones was an 320 (EI-DTG). The A320 with Air One livery (EI-DSV) had the screens instaled but they didn't work (and no headphones were given), the other A320 (I-BIKA) had some white plastic covers instead of the screens but it did featured some overhead drop-down screens, one every three row of chairs which played a documentary about football and had no flight map and the only 321 I've flown (EI-IXD) had the same white plastic covers (not sure if it actually covers the screen or it there instead of the screen) and no overhead screens.
